The Mathewson farm in the 1890s, looking west along Greenville Avenue. The cooperage can be seen here just to the right of the house, and to the right of that is a drive-through shed. To the left of the house is a blacksmith shop. On the north side of the street is a large store that had a hall on the second floor where dances and shows were held.
