Dr. Roger H. Brown, was born on June 19, 1919, in Providence, the son of the late Wendell S. and Elizabeth (Daboll) Brown. He grew up in Rhode Island and graduated from Cranston High School, with the class of 1937. He later attended Brown University. In 1943 he graduated from Harvard Dental School, DMD. Dr. Brown served as captain, in the U.S. Army Dental Corps from 1943 to 1946. In April 1945 he participated in the invasion of Okinawa. He died at age 95, on Nov. 24, 2014, at Havenwood Heritage Heights, in Concord.
